Shrimp Salad

This
versatile shrimp salad can be used between your favorite
sandwich bread, or alone as a salad.
Made
with:
Newfoundland Coldwater Shrimp, Canada
Ingredients:
1 lb. of Shrimp
3 Hard Cooked Eggs (chopped)
1 cup Celery (chopped)
1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbls. Fresh Lemon Juice
13 oz. Chow Mein Noodles
12 Avocado Slices
3/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
Procedure:
Combine mayonnaise, celery, and green onions. Add the
lemon juice in. Toss egg, shrimp and tomatoes, and season
with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
on a bed of lettuce. Gannish with slices of avocado and
chow mein noodles.
